Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your LeagMe subscription at any time. If you cancel during the
free trial, you are not charged. After a paid period starts, you keep access
until the end of the period you already paid for.
1. How our subscription works
- To activate an account we take a one-time 1 € card verification.
- You then get a 14-day free trial.
- After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at 5 €/month until you cancel.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime from your account settings, or by emailing info@leagme.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period (or the end of the trial), after which it will not renew.
3. Refunds
- During the trial: cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged the monthly fee.
- The 1 € verification charge is a nominal activation fee and is non-refundable.
- Monthly payments: because access is provided immediately for the whole period, we do not provide partial refunds for an already-started month. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
- If you were charged due to a clear technical error on our side, contact us and we will make it right.
4. Your statutory rights (EU consumers)
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including the EU right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Because LeagMe is a digital service that begins immediately, by starting your subscription you agree that the service starts during the withdrawal period.
