LEAGME – OFFICIAL RULES & USER GUIDE
Clear rules for seasons, tournaments, matches, confirmations and notifications. If you need help, contact support@leagme.com.
1) What is LeagMe?
LeagMe is a competitive sports platform designed for amateur and semi-professional competition. It allows players to create and join leagues, organize seasons and tournaments, record match results, track rankings and statistics, and receive match and round notifications.
2) User Roles & Permissions
LeagMe works with role-based permissions.
PLAYER
A Player can apply to join or join open seasons and tournaments, accept or decline match invitations, submit match results, view standings and statistics, receive notifications, update their profile, and leave a season or tournament (effective from the next round; see below).
A Player cannot edit season or tournament settings, change the scoring system, delete other players, modify official standings manually, close or reopen rounds, add virtual players, or manage player lists for competitions they do not control.
MANAGER
A Manager controls a specific season or tournament. A Manager can create and edit a season or tournament; define minimum players, target player count, group structure, points system, visibility, and status; assign playing places; approve, add, include, or remove players (effective from the next round; see below); confirm results (when required) and resolve disputes; close rounds (if needed); and set a time limit for each round (locks results after the deadline).
A Manager may also add a virtual player to a season or tournament when the competition is short of the required number of participants or when a defined player count has to be reached. Adding a virtual player is allowed only to the Manager of that specific season or tournament.
When creating a tournament, the Manager may select defined players from a season that was also created and managed by that same Manager, if the platform configuration for that competition allows player selection from the Manager’s own season.
A Manager cannot modify system-wide platform settings, delete users from the platform entirely (users delete their own account), or access/edit seasons and tournaments they do not manage.
For platform-level issues, contact support@leagme.com.
Subscription requirement
Creating matches, seasons, or tournaments is allowed only for a player or manager with an active subscription.
3) Player registration, inclusion and removal
A player may join or apply to join a season or tournament, depending on the visibility and entry settings defined by the Manager. In public competitions, players may be able to register directly. In restricted or approval-based competitions, the Manager may review and approve participation.
The Manager has the right to include a player in a season or tournament, approve a pending player, or remove a player from the player list in accordance with the competition rules. Unless stated otherwise by the competition setup, removal becomes effective from the next round or next applicable stage, so that already locked or completed results remain valid.
A player who leaves a season or tournament, or is removed from one, may remain visible in historical records where necessary to preserve standings, brackets, completed matches, and competition integrity.
4) Virtual players
If a season or tournament does not have enough participants to reach the minimum required number of players, or if the Manager wants to complete a predefined player count, the Manager may add one or more virtual players, where allowed by the competition setup.
A virtual player may be used only for competition structure and scheduling purposes and may be displayed separately from regular user accounts. Only the Manager of that specific season or tournament may create, include, or remove a virtual player.
Virtual players must not be used to manipulate standings, deceive participants, or create an unfair competitive advantage. The platform or Manager may label virtual players clearly to avoid confusion.
5) Season lifecycle
Every season typically follows this structure: the Manager creates the season and sets the sport, points system, minimum players, target player count, visibility, places and group configuration (season status: OPEN). Players register or apply (if public or allowed), and the Manager may approve, add, include, or remove players. If needed, the Manager may also add virtual players to complete the required number of participants. Once the minimum conditions are met, rounds are generated, the schedule becomes active and matches become playable.
During an active round, players play matches and results must be submitted; result confirmation may be required (see “Match result confirmation”). If no result is submitted before the deadline, the system may auto-close the round or the Manager resolves it. After a round is closed, standings update automatically, points are calculated and statistics are updated. No changes are allowed after lock, unless the competition rules allow reopening before lock time. When the season is completed, final standings are locked and season status becomes CLOSED.
6) Tournament setup and player sourcing
A tournament may be created as a standalone competition or from a player base managed by the Manager. When supported by the platform configuration, the Manager may build a tournament by selecting defined players from a season created and managed by that same Manager.
This option is intended to simplify tournament creation from an existing season community while preserving Manager control over eligibility and competition structure. The Manager remains responsible for verifying that the selected players are appropriate for the tournament format and rules.
7) Match rules
Each match is played between two registered players and follows sport-specific rules (e.g., tennis sets, football score). Result submission must reflect the real final score. If a dispute occurs, the Manager decides the final result for that season or tournament. If needed, contact support: support@leagme.com.
Darts rules (including online matches)
In darts competitions on LeagMe, matches may be played either in person at an agreed venue or online, if the season or tournament settings allow online play. Online darts matches must be played through a mutually accepted platform or video connection so that both players can verify the score fairly and transparently.
Players are responsible for making sure they have a stable internet connection, a working camera or scoring app if required, and a suitable setup for fair play. If an online match is interrupted due to technical problems, both players should first try to resolve the issue and continue the match. If they cannot finish the match, the Manager will decide how the match is handled.
Unless a specific season or tournament states otherwise, standard darts formats such as 301, 501, legs, and sets may be used according to the competition setup defined by the Manager. Double-out, single-out, number of legs, and any additional match format rules are determined by the season or tournament configuration.
Both players must confirm that the submitted result is accurate. Any intentional misreporting of scores, manipulation of online conditions, or unfair conduct may result in annulment of the match, loss by default, or removal from the competition.
Match result confirmation (table seasons)
In seasons or competitions based on a standings table, a match result becomes official only after confirmation. The result is recorded as official only after both players confirm, or after the Manager confirms. Until confirmation, the result can remain pending.
Round time limit and locking (seasons & tournaments)
A Manager can set a time limit for each round (table season or tournament bracket). When the time limit expires, the round is locked. After lock, no one can change match results from that round (players or Manager). The standings table or tournament bracket at lock time remains valid and in force.
8) Points system (example)
Example configuration: Win → 3 points, Draw → 1 point, Loss → 0 points, Walkover → configurable. Ranking criteria (typical order): Points, Head-to-head, Score difference, Goals scored, Fair play (optional).

- Draw → 1 point
- Loss → 0 points
- Walkover → configurable
Ranking criteria (typical order):
- Points
- Head-to-head
- Score difference
- Goals scored

9) Notifications
Users may enable email notifications, push notifications (PWA), round start alerts and match reminders. When a new round opens, an email notification is sent (if enabled by the user) and a push notification is sent (if enabled by the user and device supports it). If notifications are disabled, the user is responsible for checking the schedule manually.
10) Fair play & conduct
All users must enter real match results, respect opponents, avoid manipulation of standings or brackets, and not create fake accounts. Violations may result in match annulment or removal from the season or tournament. For serious issues, contact support.
This also applies to the use of virtual players. Virtual players may not be used to falsify participation, distort pairings, influence rankings unfairly, or mislead real players about the nature of a competition.
11) Dispute resolution
If players disagree: try to resolve privately with the opponent, contact the season or tournament Manager, and the Manager’s decision is final for that season or tournament. If needed, contact support@leagme.com.
