Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. How our plans work

• Players are always free. There is nothing to pay or cancel.
• Every account can run one season or tournament for free.
• Manager Pro is 49 €/month and includes 50 players. Each extra block of 50 players is 19 €/month, added to the same subscription.
• First-time Manager Pro subscribers get a 14-day free trial. Your card is verified, not charged, during the trial.
• After the trial the subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your account settings, or by emailing support@leagme.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period (or the end of the trial), after which it will not renew.

3. Refunds

• During the trial: cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged the monthly fee.
• Extra player blocks: adding a block is charged pro rata for the rest of the month. Removing a block takes effect immediately and is not credited for the current month.
• Monthly payments: because access is provided immediately for the whole period, we do not provide partial refunds for an already-started month. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
• If you were charged due to a clear technical error on our side, contact us and we will make it right.

4. Your statutory rights (EU consumers)

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including the EU right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Because LeagMe is a digital service that begins immediately, by starting your subscription you agree that the service starts during the withdrawal period.
